For several years, she has been working as the Managing Director of a public company named Power Price S.A. Subscriber, main shareholder and President of Blue Ocean Media S.A. - a company she introduced on the New Connect market stock exchange. Currently, she is the main shareholder of TGH S.A. and Blue Ocean Media Sp. z o.o. She is inspired by people, situations and challenges, that no other person can face.

A graduate of the Law School at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. A member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law. Specialist in capital market, in particular in the New Connect market. An expert in civil law and in commercial law, in their broad sense. Consultant in the M&A transactions for Polish and foreign enterprises. She has extensive experience in the formation and handling of start-ups, including in handling the processes of raising funds for that type of companies. A pioneer of the Polish market of share crowd funding, i.e. a modern form of social investing, for which he developed an entire process of investing in the shares of limited liability companies.

For more than 20 years, he has been associated with the real estate industry. For many years, he has been dealing with the sales and marketing of: GTC S.A. - core projects: Apartamenty przy Królikarni and Osiedle Konstancja, Orco Group – Złota 44, Warsaw Attics – Rezydencja Św. Barbary, Marina Iława- Marina Iława, MGA18 – Rezydencja Oak Lane Mokotów. He was very successful in advising developers while building housing estates, building the structure of the apartments, interior design and functionalities and services making life easier for future residents and improving the developer’s sales.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź and year-long postgraduate studies in International Accounting Standards at the Leon Koźmiński Academy. He has more than 16 years of experience in accounting and finances and auditing, gained by providing services for business entities of different sizes and from various industries, including entities listen on New Connect. For 12 years, he has been operating within the construction industry, providing services both for smaller entities and to capital groups with foreign capital. In his work, he is dealing mainly with the development of accounting processes, adjusted to the needs of a given organization, as well as with preparing financial statements and managing reports, tax optimization and security, restructuring of organizational units, raising funds for further investments.

He has been rendering services for companies related with private equity international investment funds and has managed, as the Sales and Marketing Director, the processes of marketing communication and sales in public construction companies.
